I have had many years experience facilitating groups of all sizes and levels, and always aim to stick to the true meaning of the role. That is why I believe that a facilitator must display both imagination and restraint, particularly in the field of both indoor and outdoor experiential learning, where good use of tasks will provide learning that can be transferred to many situations.
